By registering for any CK Youth Sports program, clinic, camp, evaluation, tryout, or event, you agree to:

- Ensure athlete eligibility requirements are met
- Comply with all program rules, codes of conduct, and safety policies
Participation is subject to availability, program capacity, and payment confirmation.
2. Payments & Fees
Program fees must be paid according to the terms provided during registration.
CK Youth Sports reserves the right to:
- Deny participation for incomplete or unpaid registrations
- Assess late fees where applicable
- Enforce refund and cancellation policies as stated in the specific registration
All payments are processed through third-party providers. CK Youth Sports does not store full payment card details.
3. SMS & Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive informational and promotional SMS messages from CK Youth Sports related to:
- Registration reminders
- Practice and game updates
- Schedule changes
- Payment notifications
- Tryout information
- Program announcements
- Promotional offers
Message frequency varies based on participation and active seasons (typically up to 4–8 messages per month during active seasons).

CK Youth Sports does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 without parental consent.
